♥Merry Christmas to Us♥

As most everyone has learned from either word of mouth and/or facebook, I have been asked to come on at Genoa Bank as a full-time employee!!! I about died when they asked me! I, of course, accepted!!! Although with me getting this position we are losing a dear fellow employee to another job. Melanie accepted a job elsewhere, therefore she is choosing her own path to better herself, which I couldn't be happier for her! It just sucks that she's leaving! In the few months that I've been at the bank, I have gained a great friendship with her. I am so glad I got the opportunity to meet her!
Things are going to be hard the next couple of weeks, but I think I' prepared for it. I've had to learn a lot of new things to do my "new" job. I like to think I have it all figured out, but there are things that just don't come up during training. Barb is leaving out of town Thursday night till Monday night, therefore I'm on my own Friday and Monday and to be honest, it scares the shit out of me! I have no one else to ask with both Melanie and Barb not there. At least when one was gone before, the other one was there to help me. I am probably stressing over nothing, but just sitting here thinking about it getting me all worried. I just got to keep telling myself that I have it all under control and everything will be fine in the end. I can do everything with Barb there, I can handle it while she's gone too!!!
With all this coming my way, this also means that I will have health insurance. And GREAT health insurance at that! I don't have to pay for it at all. The bank pays for all your insurance premiums. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The only think that sucks is that when trying to add family on to the insurance. It gets rather pricey when trying to do that. But Daniel and I have been thinking and looking at the prices, and we've decided that I, of course, will take my insurance through the bank and himself, Lexi and any future children will be on his insurance. So everything works out in the end.

I feel that I'm rambling on and none of this is making sense and that I should just stop with that, but there is much, much more!!! I apologize if it doesn't make any sense at all!!!

Daniel and I got Christian last Monday for the ENTIRE day!!! It was wonderful seeing my Boog for day!!! He has gotten so big and is learning so much. I feel so bad that Eric has to miss his beautiful baby boy grow up! He will be so happy to see him come January 7th and see what he has learned in the pass few months he's been gone! He is going to be one proud Papa!!! As for now, we have a proud Uncle Daniel/Godfather!!! Daniel could not be happier with Christian around. He just loves being his Godfather! And I'm pretty sure Christian likes hanging out with his Uncle Daniel too!!!
They sure do love each other!!!

We took Christian to see Santa that same night at Bass Pro. For anyone that has kids and hasn't gotten a picture with Santa yet, Bass Pro is the place to go. Granted we waited a little longer than we wanted, but it was sooo worth it!!! I mean hell, it is for a free picture with Santa. What adult doesn't enjoy something free??? I know I do! They have quite the nice set up too. I was rather impressed with it all and will definitely look into doing it with Lexi and any children Daniel and I have in the future! Since we were taking Christian to see Santa, we asked Jessica if her and Ishy would like to come along too!! Ishy had already seen Santa the week before, but Jessica agreed to come so we could get a picture of the two of them together! They got along pretty well, although I think Ishy was quite jealous that Auntie Stina was paying attention to another little boy!! Don't worry Ishy! I still love you too!!!

Ishy and Boog hanging out in the cart together
I like to think that for an 8 month old and a 13 1/2 month old, they did really well. And what I mean by that, is there was no crying, beard pulling, squirming or biting!!! Although neither one of them smiled, I think the picture turned out good! Boy, do I love these boys!!!

Other than that, nothing much has been going on. We are all ready for Christmas, but are just hoping that we Lexi and are able to enjoy Christmas with her! She doesn't get to come out too much which just makes me so sad, but there is absolutely nothing Daniel nor I can do about it. Trust me, if there was, we would have already taken the steps to do so!

As I run out of things to say, I just thought that I would let Sarah know (Jessica already knows lol), I took my last birth control pill on Saturday 12/11/10. SOOOOOO.....be on the lookout for any niece/nephew news coming your way = ) Not everyone knows so keep it on the DL for a while. But trust me, you will be one of the first to know, if/when the time comes!!!

Till next time...

Where to go from here...???

I know it's time for another update, but what do I update about? As I sit here and type this, I realize that my so called "busy & important" life has come to stand still almost. With everything that has happened in the past year, I had tons to blog about. Starting with babies being born at the beginning of the year with Brea and Dylan, then me getting fired from Gails, then Boog being born, getting hired in at Genoa Bank part-time and seasonally, finding out that I get to keep my job at Genoa Bank longer, Ishy's first birthday, taking on more responsibility at work, getting married and finally, my surgery. It has by far been an exciting, crazy, emotional year!!! But now with all that being said, what to blog about now? I'm kind of lost as to where to go from here? I have nothing exciting to talk about any longer. So, I think I will be done blogging for a short time because of this. Unless something "exciting" all of a sudden happens, I will of course blog.

Good news is, Daniel is hardcore working on the back bedroom, so....maybe it won't be that long out that I will have something important to talk about = )

Till next time...

Surgery #3

I had my third and hopefully final surgery on my ankle on November 2nd, 2010. It was a rather minor one, just to remove the plate and screws. I got to bring my souvenirs home and I will post a picture of them a little later. They are on the other side of the living room and I just have ambition to get up and get them. Anyways, as Daniel was changing my bandages last night, I did manage to snap some pictures of my ankle.
I am able to get up and walk on it, with my stylish walking boot or on crutches. I am very thankful for that! I was not happy about having to be on crutches for a long 6 weeks!!! 6 months the first time was torturous enough!

As much as I would love to continue this blog, I'm about to pass out. Just took a percocet for the minor pain that I'm in. Gotta love the drugs they give me!!!!

Till next time...

The Honeymooners♥

October 4th, 2010, we headed out on our honeymoon. It was an unconventional honeymoon, but we sure didn't have the money to splurge to go anywhere real fancy. We decided to head down towards Southern Kentucky and see what we could find. We ended up in Cave City, Kentucky. Obviously, there were lots and lots of caves around here. It was some of the most beautiful scenery also. It may have been rather unconventional, but I sure in the hell enjoyed it!!!
We were both equally happy to get the heck out of dodge and enjoy a nice honeymoon/vacation!! Something that we've needed for a long time now!

We checked out the Lost Cave, which was really awesome!
At Sand Cave where some guy died!! There was longer story that I read, but I don't remember all of it!
Barren Lake.

Day 2 was more of an educational trip, but we learned about all kinds of things that we love, The Civil War!! We visited Abe Lincolns birthplace, childhood home and museum. We also visited a Civil War Battleground, village and museum. We learned quite a few things and got to see a lot of things they actually used in the war. There was actually a General from the South whose last name was Johnston. I wonder if we were some relation. I thought that was the coolest ever!!! We just kept heading North till we hit Cincinnati, where we stayed for the night.
In the Civil War museum.
Day three we went to the Cincinnati Zoo. If you ever have the chance to go there, DO IT!! It is an amazing zoo! There are so many more animals and exhibits to see!! I was in complete awe! Some of there animals aren't even in cages or anything! Like I said, you get the change, do it!!
This of course is me after the zoo, on the way home. I was so exhausted and my poor ankle was throbbing!! But I would so do it all over again given the chance!!!

Till next time...

♥10-02-2010 One of the happiest days of my life♥

First off, I just want to apologize for neglecting the blog lately. Things have been so crazy lately! Between the wedding/honeymoon at the beginning of the month, working like crazy, and waiting for a stupid surgeon to call, I just have had no time to even think about doing this!

I'm starting this off with a few of my favorites from our wedding day. There are plenty more, but these are my favorites as of now! They are obviously in no particular order just scattered throughout one of my happiest days!!!
Where did you come from where did you go...Where did you come from Cotton-Eye Joe
Between just being flat out stubborn and not feeling really well, this is the picture I got with Judd! Wouldn't have traded him for anyone else though!!!
HEY MR. NISSEN...THAT'S A FIRST DOWN, THAT'S A FIRST DOWN!!!
As I said previously, Juddy was just not feeling well. Poor little guy!
This picture just screams Daniel and Andy!!!
Daniel and my Momma. He thought he was a pimp with another woman on his arm!
Trust me, he did not take it completely off with just his teeth...his hands assisted just a bit!
I ♥ my brothers!
My Momma and I
After we said I do!!!
Jessica and Lexi
I have no idea what they were laughing about, but I love it!!!
The boy that will ALWAYS have my heart!!!
Poor, poor Judd!!!
Daniel and his sister Brittney dancing. Can't tell they're related, can ya?
I'll never worry...If it's raining outside...Cause in here with you girl...The sun always shines
Guess Dad had to give Daniel a good beat down for taking his daughter that day!!!
I love this picture! Lexi looking so intent as I'm getting my hair down!

The entire day was so magical. I'm still pinching myself wondering if it ever really happened. It's so hard to believe that I am now Mrs. Krystina M. Linke. It was little chillier than what I wanted, but you can't predict nor change the weather. It was a wonderful, quick, but wonderful ceremony. Barb did a beautiful job marrying us and I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful person to do it for us! Most of our family and closest friends were there to celebrate it with us. I'm so happy to start our married lives together and forever be with Daniel! I couldn't have asked for a more amazing guy to marry that day!!!

Along with the new last name comes, of course, new nicknames. As if I didn't have enough already!! I have been called Krystinky Linke, Klinke and Stinky Linke just to name a few. Everyone at work gave me the nickname Klinke. My log on's for a lot of programs we use require our first initial and then our last name, which results in the name Klinke all over the place. Hey, I guess it could be worse right HAHA.

I don't want to do picture over load all in one post, so I am doing another post just for that reason.

Till next time...

Only 15 days left!!!

I apologize in the advance for the lack of blogging lately, I've just been so busy and stressed lately. Here are a few pictures from the last night of the Sandusky County Fair. I absolutely love this time of year, but am so sad to always see it go. The last day of fair has always signified the last day of Summer. As much as I enjoy the fall weather, I hate seeing summertime leave us.
I ♥ Demo Derbys!!!
Daniel and I have been busy finishing up last minute wedding shopping and preparing. We finally decided that we are doing a hog roast that day. We got all the necessities, I think!!!
*or at least praying that we do*
Daniels grandmother, or Gummy as we call her, did a fantastic job on my flowers. They look amazing! I couldn't be happier as to how they turned out. We also went and bought pop and water. And a few coolers also. We are darn near finally ready for the BIG DAY!!!

We had a minor crisis this past Wednesday though. My second photographer bailed on us with 17 days left. She all of a sudden has volleyball that day. I seriously had a breakdown at work. Thank God for my co-workers. They were there for a shoulder to cry on. They were bound and determined to help me out as much as they can. I feel blessed to have met such amazing people the past couple of months. These people have only known me since the end of May and were willing to damn near anything to help me out. It's truly amazing how some people can be. But anyways, no fear, one of my baby brothers came to my rescue and recruited his friend to take pictures for us. I just pray that she don't have something "come up" last minute and has to bail too. She has actually taken some photography classes in college. So I'm hoping she realizes the importance of this day and tries her damnedest to fulfill her duties!

Last week I took on more responsibilities at work. Boy oh boy was that stressful. The guy that had only trained for like a day total left on vacation all week also. So I was left to figure it out all by myself. According to him though, I didn't do all that bad. Only a few minor things came up, but other than that, everything went well. Although it's been very stressful, I have not been sent home early at all. As a matter of fact, I'm pressed for time to finish everything in time. So, I'm hoping that after I get back from my "vacation" they will extend my hours and put me up to full-time. Wishful thinking, but hey, it can happen!!! Right?!?

Istvan Nagy III will be turning a year old this Sunday, the 19th. It's unbelievable to imagine him being that old already. He's not even my child and I'm having a hard time believing it, I can't imagine what Jessica is feeling/thinking! I have definitely enjoyed watching him grow the past year. The picture below is Jessica, Ish and I shopping for supplies for his birthday. She is throwing him a Mickey Mouse party. He absolutely loves Mickey! He is such a happy go lucky little guy and most definitely loves the company of his Auntie Stina! And I very much enjoy his too!
I live for this little guy♥

Daniel's friend Donna has another little boy that is quite precious to my heart! Dylan Jacob is growing mighty fast also. He will turn one at the end of January. It's amazing how fast these kids grow, I can't even imagine how I'll feel when I have my own!!!
Dylan Jacob♥
I probably won't be able to sit down and blog again till after the wedding. I'm pretty booked up till then. Tomorrow I have to work at the golf scramble that is being held for a friend who was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. And then, Sunday is Ish's birthday party. Next weekend is my bachelorette party and then the weekend after is the wedding!! It's unbelievable to imagine that in two weeks I will be Mrs. Linke! AHHHH!!!!

Till next time...
