♥63 days

Really 63 days? It's still seems so unreal! We can officially go get our marriage license on Tuesday if we wanted to. I think the excitement is definitely setting in! They called yesterday for me to come get my wedding ring, so we officially have both rings now. We are going Monday to get Lex fitted for her dress and to get Nick, Cody and Shayne's outfits! It is all coming so fast! I honestly don't know what to think. We are darn near almost done getting everything. Just a few odds and ends here and there and we shall be done!! I'm so excited and I can't wait!!!

♥71 Days♥

Daniel & I took another step closer to getting ready for our big day earlier this week. We finally went and picked out wedding bands. Nothing too flashy for either of us. Just something simple, like us = ) I'm super excited that it's almost here! At some points it seems like it's just coming way too fast, like we aren't going to get everything done, but other times, I feel completely ready for it to be here! We are going to order things from Oriental Trading sometime this weekend also. We are going to get a few decorations, cake cutter and server, just a few odds and ends. After that, there won't be much left to do = )

On Tuesday, after I got home from work, we took a trip out to Maumee Bay State Park. I hadn't been out there in years!!! It was wonderful to go out and do something different Daniel. We walked the entire boardwalk and just took the scenery in. It was beautiful!
Isn't this an amazing view?
A beautiful flower.

Me up on the viewing tower taking a break.

After we walked the boardwalk we went down and sat by the water. I love just watching the waves come in and out. I think my true calling is to be somewhere near a lake = )
Isn't he so handsome?

After our day at Maumee Bay we decided to stop by Williams Park in Gibsonburg to check out the Veterans Memorial. I've walked by it a few times, but never took the time to really check it out. It's amazing how many people from around here has served in the wars! I definitely enjoyed checking it out.
I love this saying.
"Freedom is not free"
All gave some, some gave all"

We then took a walk on the trail that goes around the quarry. They have all kinds of sculptures and neat little things around it. Back by the war museum, they have a tank from one of the wars (not sure which one or if it was even really in a war), but Daniel thinks it's the coolest thing ever. So of course, Daniel being Daniel, wanted me to take a picture of him being "ran over" by the tank.

Yup, this is the guy I agreed to marry. Can you believe it? But honestly, I wouldn't trade him for anything in the world. = )

Till next time...

86 Days!!!

Well, as much as i do like my job, it's about time to go looking for another one. Not only does it end in August, but they are already cutting my hours back. This week I had Monday off, came home early Tuesday and Wednesday, had today (Thursday) off, and work tomorrow till God knows when. They tell me I work too efficiently!!! Tell me what workplace has ever said that to you. I thought doing your job right and at a steady pace was what you were supposed to be doing!!! Boy, was I wrong. Maybe I should start acting dumb and take an hour to do a 5 minute job. I just can't function that slow. I'm there to get my job done and done correctly. Guess being smart and efficient doesn't pay off = ( Anyways, I will now be working Wednesday through Friday. Three days a freaking week! What am I supposed to get accomplished with that? I seriously cried on the way home from work yesterday. As if the wedding isn't stressful enough, not having a "good" job makes it even worse!!! If anyone knows of any jobs, please let me know!!!

As everyone knows, this past weekend was the Fourth of July! And may I say it was amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better time. Saturday, Jessica and Steve had a cookout and poker at their house. I enjoyed sitting around talking to everyone before poker, sat through a few hands of poker before I got sick of it (you know this is no offense to you Jess), then we all headed down to the beer tent. Ran into a few people that we knew. Always do though. Had a few drinks while there, then decided it was time to head to Jojo's for the night. We got our ride on the golf cart because we were all too lazy to walk and arrived to craziness. I wasn't expecting any less though. It's always a mess up there after the beer tent. You have all the idiots who don't even know where Jojo's is till that night that come and act like they are all tough up in the bar. I honestly can't stand those people. Especially the bitches that try to start shit with me. *Frosty the SnowBitch* But I decided I was better than that and walked away, she definitely IS NOT worth my time!!! Anyways, we had a drink there and then decided it was way to crazy up there for us and hitched a ride home on another golf cart.

Sunday night was the fireworks. We met up with my Mom and Dale to start the night. Seen a few family members and then continued to the beer tent. Daniel and I just sat and bullshitted with Mom and Dale till the start of the fireworks. The fireworks show was awesome as always. Liz and Tom then met us in the beer tent and I had a drink with Liz before they headed home. I then finally got to see Saige. She is oh so cute. Still can't get over her chubby cheeks. Then right after that we seen Eric, Maria and Boog. Glad I got to see my little Boog before I got too trashed for the night. Then we all went back into the beer tent for a few more drinks before heading to Jojo's once again.

A shot of the always amazing fireworks show in Woodville.

Once we arrived to Jojo's (we being Daniel, Jessica, Steve and I), we met up with Frank and Andrea. We all just sat around and bullshitted for the rest of the night. I somehow got coaxed into taking a shot of Jack, boy was that a bad idea! It was good and all, but I was pretty plastered after that!!! All in all, it was one hell of a weekend. Already can't wait till next year to do it all again!!!

Tuesday night, Jessica and Ish came over for dinner and a movie. Although we lost Ish pretty early in the night (we took him out to his Mom's house to stay the night), we had an awesome time just hanging out. Before we took Ish out to Grandma's house, Jessica fed him. Well while she was feeding him I was taking the opportunity to get ready to go. Well I had little eyes on me the entire time. Every time I walked out of the kitchen I could feel Ish watching me! What can I say, he has to check on his Auntie Stina to make sure she is doing okay!
Ish checking up on me = )
Pretty soon he's gonna start feeding himself!
Oh how I love this little boy ♥

We went to Oogies for dinner after dropping Ish off. Boy has it been FOREVER since I've had an Oogie's sub. Still the best damn sub around though! We ended up watching "Valentine's Day" which I've heard many mixed reviews about. It turned out to be an alright movie. Besides the gay guys, right Jess?!?!? The two freaking hottest guys in the movie ended up being gay!!! But we had awesome night nonetheless!

Daniel and I bought some centerpieces for the tables at the reception earlier this week also. Another step closer I always say. We go Monday to decide on a cake finally. I hope this lady is good like his Mom says she is. I'm afraid if we decide to not go with her that we will never find someone else this late to do it for us. But, I'm not going to think like that. She is going to be an AMAZING cake maker = )

Till next time...
