I'm well aware that it's been ages since I've last posted anything! I apologize for that! I was just so busy (and tired!) leading up to the arrival of Bailey that I couldn't find the time to sit here and blog! This post is just about nursery as we were working on it. This room started off gutted. We (well mostly Daniel), had to do everything in there before it was even any where ready to paint! But he worked his ass off and got it done well in time for a baby to come home to!!! He is one incredible person!
The changing table and the curtains. These curtains, I had my heart set on as soon as I seen them!! I thought for sure that they would just "make" the room! And was I right. We went to one Wal-Mart and they only had one package (you need two!) so I thought for sure I wasn't going to get them and I would have to settle for something else. But lo and behold we went to another Wal-Mart store and they had TWO packages!!! I was sooo excited when I finally found them!!!
We of course couldn't do any of this without the supervisor!!!
Daddy putting the changing table together!!
The brand new door!
This was just after it was painted. I totally loved how the color turned out in here!!!
The crib and the changing table. The crib is a convertible crib to change as the baby gets older.
I loved how the nursery turned out and couldn't be much happier about it. Daniel did a fabulous job with everything in there. And as I said before, he busted his ass working on it to get it all ready. He would work 8 hours and then come home and work on this!! As I said, he sure in incredible! I guess that's one of the many reasons I love him!!! ; )
